We’re excited to announce that Dave at Energy Windows LLC has officially earned his Low-E Installation Certification from Environmentally Safe Products Inc.
This certification means Dave has successfully completed training in the proper installation of ESP Low-E reflective insulation, making him a Trusted Low-E Installation Expert. (See the official certificate dated July 16, 2025, proudly framed in the shop!)
What is Low-E Insulation?
Low-E stands for Low Emissivity, a technology that improves your home’s energy efficiency by reflecting heat instead of absorbing it. This special type of insulation adds a radiant barrier that helps:
- Keep heat out in the summer
- Keep heat in during the winter
- Lower your energy bills year-round
- Improve overall home comfort
It’s especially useful in attics, crawl spaces, and areas where heat transfer can cost you the most.
What’s Involved in Low-E Certification?
To become certified, Dave had to:
- Learn about the science behind Low-E products
- Understand the proper installation techniques
- Demonstrate proficiency with the product in real-world scenarios
This means that Dave isn’t just using the best materials — he’s also trained to install them correctly for maximum effectiveness.
